Order Management: Employees can view a list of pending orders and update the status of each order as it moves through the fulfillment process.

Inventory Management: Employees can view the current inventory levels, add new products, and update existing products.

Payment Processing: Employees can process payments for orders, view transaction history, and issue refunds if necessary.

Reporting: Employees can access real-time reports on sales, inventory, and more.

Picking and packing : Employees can scan barcodes on products to add them to the order, and view a list of items that need to be picked and packed.

Shipping: Employees can print shipping labels, track packages, and mark orders as shipped.

Customer Service: Employees can view customer information, communicate with customers, and resolve any issues that may arise.
